sunny but its still cold out

the past few days have been beautiful! so sunny but still chilly, not more than 55 degrees but people are going a little crazy. i think i am the only onw still wearing a jacket. people are rushing to wear shorts. ok, its not 60, its 50. shorts are a little overboard. a spring jacket, a light sweater maybe, but definately not shorts. lets not get crazy people! we dont want everybody to get sick before the real spring comes. enjoy the sun but be reasonable!
